It used to be the case that the more hashtags you added – the better the results, but Instagram changes its priorities every so often and at the time of going to press, 5-7 hashtags is the sweet spot. Make sure you have a range of hashtags from general widespread hashtags like “carpentry” and “joinery” to more niche hashtags like “your brand name” “your location” and “why your brand is better.”
