Shoot landscape not portrait

You’re used to holding your phone like a phone – and quite often people will instinctively film ‘vertical video’ – holding the phone the same way up.

This often doesn’t suit the subject you’re filming, be it a kitchen design, a garden room or almost any other joinery / building project for that matter.

Choose landscape over portrait to show more of your project – turn the phone 90 degrees so you’re shooting LANDSCAPE not PORTRAIT format.

Square formatting at the editing stage is also a winner, fitting perfectly on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

They stand out in crowded feeds, capturing viewers’ attention more effectively and boosting visibility and engagement with your target audience effectively.
