Endorsements from other members increase your credibility and help you find more opportunities. How do we get endorsed on LinkedIn?

For starters, go through your network of connections to identify those who deserve an endorsement – that’s often the trigger for people willing give back by returning the favour.

Relevance matters here too; reach out only if its relevant to do so. Don’t be afraid take action yourself by asking for endorsements via email.

The correlation between your stated skill sets and the number of relevant and credible connections who are prepared to vouch for you by adding an endorsement will not go un-noticed by potential employers or tender process managers.
